We encourage all parents to get involved with the Bears Organization. If you see something that can be improved upon, please contact any board member with your suggestions.  Please be positive with your criticism and be ready to help make the changes that you are suggesting.  We ask that you do not voice any complaints or concerns toward coaches, referees or league officials in front of the children. This includes spectators during a game. During practices and on game days, we ask that you support all teams. Applaud good plays, ignore errors, CONGRATULATE the winners and ENCOURAGE the losers.  It is our responsibility to set an example of good sportsmanship and behavior not only for our children but the other teams as well.
